
Scheduling your Exam
Please call 201-222-2500 to speak to our friendly staff and schedule an appointment. Have your insurance card and your doctor’s prescription available when you call.
Things to remember when scheduling your exam:
- Notify our staff as well as your physician if there is any chance that you may be pregnant or are currently breastfeeding.
- Advise us of special circumstances such as physical limitations, significant medical conditions and allergies.
- It is important that you notify our staff of any previous exams ( such as PET, MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Bone Density, X-ray, Biopsy, etc.) , where they were performed, and provide a copy of previous reports and films if possible.
- A cancellation notice of at least 24 hours is required.

Registration Information
At Hoboken Radiology we aim on being punctual with your appointment time. We request that you arrive at your appointment time to complete the necessary registration process.
To expedite the registration process, please bring the following items to your scheduled appointment:
- A prescription or referral (if required) from your primary care physician
- Your insurance card (primary & secondary if applicable)
- Pre-certification/authorization number (if required)
Please be aware that if the requested information above is not presented to our staff at the time of your visit, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Test Results
A finalized report is usually sent to your doctor within 1-2 business days. Urgent or STAT reports are accommodated if requested by your physician.
We also recommend that you notify our staff of any previous exams ( such as PET, MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Bone Density, or X-ray), where they were performed, and provide a copy of previous reports and films if possible. Unavailability of prior exam reports and films may delay turnaround time of your finalized report.
Holidays & Inclement Weather
The office is closed for the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
If our offices are closed due to inclement weather, we will contact you to reschedule your appointment. You may also call our main line at (201)222-2500 if you have any questions.

Billing Information
To review your billing statement or to discuss any other financial matter pertaining to our office, please call and speak with our Billing Department, Monday thru Friday at (201) 469-0991.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Amex or cash as forms of payment for co-payments and office fees.
Obtaining Copies of Your Films
If you require copies of your scan, please contact our staff and we’ll be more than happy to fill your request. We ask that you provide 24 hour advance notice in order for us to produce a copy of your scan. Turn around time on requests made for CD copies are quicker than copies requested on actual film. Some requests may take up to 48 hours to complete. There may be a fee for additional copies.
If you only require a copy of your report, please contact our staff and we’ll be more than happy to fill your request. Requests for reports are usually completed within a short time. As a professional courtesy, your physician must be provided with a copy of your report prior to filling any patient requests.
